Connect your Atari/C64/Sega Master System  joystick to the PC joystick port, using the GAMEPADDB15 
New compact 2021 version.

Easy soldering, only need to add the 9 pin and 15 pin connector.
The PCB has X and Y trim button.
For some mainboards, it can be important to disable sleep mode in the bios, when playing joystick games. (See Retro Erik's video)
Tested using a Sega Master system controller.
