ZuluIDE Compact V2 is an ATAPI CD-ROM Optical Disc Emulator (ODE) for any desktop computer with a 40-pin IDE interface. ZuluIDE V2 is the successor to the original ZuluIDE RP2040, and is powered by Raspberry Pi's RP2350B microcontroller.

ZuluIDE V2 supports PIO modes 0-3, Ultra DMA 0, 1, and ATA/33, and can deliver up to 28 megabytes/second of throughput.
ZuluIDE V2 supports optional Red Book CD Audio emulation via an add-on DAC board.

Known-incompatible systems
- Konami System 573 is incompatible with ZuluIDE V2 Compact. Limited testing has been done on other Arcade systems.
The optional CD Audio Stereo DAC PCB looks like this :

It can be plugged onto the ZuluIDE using the 2x6 header, and will give you CD-audio output.
